Payment Policy

We require Full Payment at the time services are rendered.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, CareCreditScratchPay cash and local personal checks (Florida Driver’s license required).

Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are strongly preferred.

By using the appointment system, we are better able to serve all our clients with less waiting time. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with scheduled appointments.

Patient Control Policy

For your protection and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the lobby or exam rooms.

All cats, rabbits and ferrets must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash. They should be kept up and away from any dogs to reduce discomfort and for their own well-being.

Please be courteous of others.

If your pet is upsetting others nearby, please let us know and we’ll try to move you to a quiet area away from the lobby.

If your pet is being disturbed by another, let us know so we may provide a different environment.
